Allied Computers International (Asia) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 25, 2009, has approved the following:

1. Extension of Annual General Meeting upto December 31, 2009 subject to approval of Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.

2. Change of Auditors.
