Bits - Outcome of AGM

Bits Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2009, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:

1. To adopt the Annual Accounts and the Directors Report for the year ended March 31, 2009.

2. To appoint the Auditor of the Company.

3. To appoint a Director in place of the Director retiring by rotation.

4. To appoint Mr. Ram Kumar Yadav as Whole Time Director of the Company.

5. To appoint Mr. Kapil Kumar as the Director of the Company.
