Living Room - Outcome of AGM

Living Room Lifestyle Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2009, inter alia, have approved the following business:

1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2009 together with the Reports of the Directors and the Auditors.

2. Re-appointment of Mrs. Pratibha Shah as a director of the Company.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. S. I. Moghul Associates, Chartered Accountant, Mumbai as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

4. Approval of the appointment of Mr. Sushil Murarka as a director of the Company.
