IDBI Bank - Appointment of Statutory Auditors

IDBI Bank Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the special resolution passed at the 5th AGM of IDBI Bank Ltd. held on July 15, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Bank were authorised to appoint statutory auditor(s) for the FY 2009-10 as approved by GOI / RBI. Accordingly, M/s. Chokshi & Chokshi, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai and M/s. S. P. Chopra & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi have been appointed as joint statutory auditors of the Bank for the FY 2009-10 with the approval of RBI.
