Autoriders Finance - Change of Statutory Auditors

Autoriders Finance Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to receipt of communication from M/s. Utpal Bhayani & Co. present Auditors of the company, informing that they would not available for reappointment as Auditors, the Board of Directors sought the services of

M/s. S. V. Doshi & Co., Chartered Accountants,
602/E Neelkanth, 98 Marine Drive,
Mumbai 400 002,

and after receipt of their concurrence, the Board of Directors, put up the name of M/s. S. V. Doshi before the Share Holders at the AGM for their approval.

At the 24th AGM of the Company, M/s. S. V. Doshi & Co., Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as statutory auditors of the company from the conclusion of AGM to the conclusion of next AGM with the authority to the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration.
