Clarus Finance - Extension of AGM

Clarus Finance & Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received letter a from ROC in relation to extension of Annual General Meeting of the Company which is due to be held on September 30, 2009 as per requirements of section 166/210 of the Companies Act 1956 for the financial year ending March 31, 2009. ROC has granted extension upto October 31, 2009.
