Ad-Manum Finance - Outcome of AGM

Ad-Manum Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2009, inter alia, have unanimously passed the following resolutions unanimously:

1. Adoption of Audited Financial Statements for Financial year ended on March 31, 2009 and the reports of Directors (including Corporate Governance) and Auditors thereon.

2. Declaration of Dividend @ Rs 1/- per Share of the face value of Rs 10/- each (10%).

3. Re-appointment of Mr. J N Choudhury, who retired by rotation.

4. Re-appointment of M/s. Mahendra Badjatya & Company, Chartered Accountant as Statutory Auditors of the Company.

5. To re-appoint Mr. J N Choudhury as Director-In-Charge and to fix their remuneration.
