Siddhartha Tubes - Outcome of AGM

Siddhartha Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2009, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:

1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Board of Directors and the Auditors thereon,

2 Re-appointment of Mr. Praksah Ghate who retires by rotation as a director.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. Rajendra Rajpoot & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Financial year 2009-10.
