Minaxi Textiles - Outcome of AGM

Minaxi Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the members / shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company together with necessary annexure and reports for the financial year 2009 ended on March 31, 2009, were approved and adopted.

2. Appointment of Shri. Kiritkumar S. Patel & Shri. Dharmendra N. Patel as a Directors of the Company.

3. Appointment of Shri Kiritkumar S. Patel as Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 5 (years) with effect from February 01, 2009 on remuneration, terms & conditions.

4. Increase in the monthly remuneration to Shri. Bharatbhai P. Patel, Managing Director of the Company, w.e.f. August 01, 2009.

5. Increase in the Monthly remuneration to Shri. Kiritkumar S. Patel & Shri. Dinesh P. Pate Whole Time Director of the Company, w.e.f. August 01, 2009.
