Seasons Furnishings - Outcome of AGM

Seasons Furnishings Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:

1. Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2009, the Balance Sheet as on that date and Directors' and Auditors' Report thereon duly considered and approved.

2. Mr. R. K. Gupta & Mr. L. N. Gupta were re-appointed as directors of the Company liable to retire by rotation.

3. To M/s. K. L. Datta & Co. Chartered Accountants, were appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
