Saint Gobain - Outcome of AGM

Saint Gobain Sekurit India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 19, 2009, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:

1. Approval & Audited Annual Accounts for 15 months ended March 31, 2009.

2. Appointment of Mr. Padmanabha Shetty (liable to retire by rotation) as a Director of the Company.

3. Appointment of M/s Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company and fixation their remuneration.
