SGN Telecoms Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have passed the following business:

1. Adoption of Annual Audited Accounts for the financial year ending March 31, 2009.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. Inderjit Singh & Mr. Rajiv Kishore as Directors of the Company.

3. Appointment of M/s. N. Kumar & Co. as the statutory auditors of the Company.
