Sam Industries - Outcome of AGM

Sam Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have unanimously passed o the following resolutions:

1. Adoption of Audited the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and the Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended on that date, and the Reports of Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. Appointment of Mr. Santosh Muchhal & Mr. Brij Kishore Jalan, as Directors of the Company, liable to be retires by rotation.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. M. Mehta & Company, Chartered Accountants, Indore as Statutory Auditors, who shall hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
