Gowra Leasing - Outcome of AGM

Gowra Leasing & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:

1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Auditors and Directors Report thereon.

2. Declaration of Dividend @ 12% for the year ended March 31, 2009.

3. Re-appointment of Mr. T. Shankar and Shri. Gowra Lakshminarayana, as Directors of the Company, retiring by rotation.

4. Re-appointment of M/s. Dagliya & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
