Aarvee Denims - Outcome of AGM

Aarvee Denims & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have passed the following:

1. Considered and adopted Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss accounts for the financial
year ended 31 March, 2009;

2. Shree. Parmanand Arora and Shri. Tilak Raj Kapoor, Retiring Directors has been re-appointed as Directors of the Company.

3. M/s. Deloite Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad and M/s. N C Shah & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, has been re-appointed as joint statutory auditors, to hold the office from the conclusion of this meeting till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting.
