Neemtek Organic - Outcome of AGM

Neemtek Organic Products Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of the audited balance sheet as at March 31, 2009 and the profit & loss account of the Company for the year ended on that date, together with the directors report and the auditors report thereon.

2. Appointment of Mr. Ajay P Shanghavi as Director of the Company.

3. Appointment of Statutory Auditors of the Company and to hold office up to the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.

4. Change in name of the Company from Neemtek Organic Products Ltd to United Interactive Ltd & Consequential effect in Memorandum & Articles of Association and other documents.
