Spectacle Industries - Outcome of AGM

Spectacle Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, have accorded the following:

1. Adoption of the Audited results and the Directors Report for the Year ended March 31, 2009.

2. Declaration of Dividend @ 5% i.e. 0.50 paise per share on the paid up capital of the Company.

3. Re-appointment of Mr. Suresh C Modi & Mr. Sanjiv Kathuria as a Directors of the Company who retires by rotations.

4. Re-appointment of M/s. Ramanand & Associates, Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

5. Regularised the appointment of Mrs. Shuchi Bansal, Mr. Aashish Choudhary, Mr. Naresh Kumar Agarwal, Mr. Vivek Agarwalla, Mr. Narendra Ganatra, Mr. Nimish Ganatra & Mr. Mahesh Varde as Directors of the Company.
