C & C Constructions Board recommends Dividend

C & C Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, has recommended the dividend @ 27.5% i.e. Rs. 2.75/- per equity share, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
