Vyapar Industries - Result of Postal Ballot

Vyapar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company by way of postal ballot have passed the following Special Resolution:

- Alteration of Memorandum of Association by Insertion of new Clauses 5,6 & 7 in the main objects of Memorandum of Association pertaining to bio-mass power generation, bio-mass power distribution and mineral water and commencement of said new businesses as mentioned in new clauses 5,6 & 7.
