Amforge Industries - Outcome of AGM

Amforge Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have transacted and accorded the following:

1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2009 and the Profit & Loss Account for the financial year ended on that date together with the Directors Report and the Auditors Report thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Shri. Yogiraj Makar, as Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.

3. Appointment of M/s. Bansal & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of the Annual General meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms and conditions decided by the board.

4. Regularization of appointment of Shri. Rakhesh Khanna, as Director of the company, liable to retire by rotation.

5. Appointment of Shri. Puneet Maker as Managing Director of the Company for 3 years w.e.f. February 02, 2009 and remuneration payable to him.
