Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:

1. Adoption of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2009.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. Viren Shah as a Director.

3. Appointment of M/s. Soni Palan & Associates as Statutory Auditors.
