Visu International - Outcome of AGM

Visu International Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2009 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended as on that date, along with schedules and notes appended thereto with the Report of Directors and Auditors.

2. Appointment of Dr. K Vishwanatha Reddy & Dr. Denis Dunham as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.

3. Appointment of M/s. P Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants Hyderabad as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting up to the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration terms & conditions.
