Pearl Engineering - Outcome of AGM

Pearl Engineering Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1 Adoption of Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2009 together with the Reports of the Directors' and Auditors' thereon

2 Re-appointment of Mr. Dinesh Chandra Kothari as a Director, liable to retire by rotation

3. Re-appointment of M/s. J C Bhalla & Co, Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, to hold office from this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and authorization to the Board of Directors to fix remuneration payable to them.
