Kerala Ayurveda - Outcome of AGM

Kerala Ayurveda Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September30, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of the Audited Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2009 and the Balance Sheet as at that date together with the Reports of the Board of Directors and, the Auditors thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. M. C. Mohan, Mr. Ramesh Vangal and Mr. S. Krishnamurthy, who retire by rotation as Directors.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. Maharaj Rajan & Mathew, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.

4. Appointment of Mr. A. T. Jacob as Director liable to retire by rotation, who was co-opted as Additional Director of the company with effect from January 31, 2009.

5. Re-appointment of Dr. K. Anilkumar as Executive Director for a period of 3 years with effect from June 28, 2009 on remuneration, terms & conditions.
