Venus Ventures - Outcome of AGM

Venus Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2009, inter alia, have unanimously approved the following Resolutions:

1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss account and Balance sheet as on March 31, 2009 and the Directors and Auditors report.

2. Re-appointment of Smt. M Sree Lakshmi, by retirement by rotation, as director of the Company.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. P Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as Auditors of the Company.
