Sunitee Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption and Approval of Balance Sheet together with Profit & Loss Account; Directors. Report and Auditors Report thereon. for the year ended on March, 2009.

2. Re-appointment of Ms. Preeti Patadia & Mr. Pushpendra Neema as directors of the Company.

3. Appointment of M/s. Sandeep S Kushwaha & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company.
