Farmax Retail (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the resolutions for alternation of Main Objects Clause, ancillary Objects of the Memorandum of Association and for change of name of the Company to 'FARMEX INDIA LTD.'
