Anjani Fabrics - Outcome of AGM

Anjani Fabrics Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have approved the following:

1. The audited accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2009.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. Mukesh Agarwal, Director being the director who retired by rotation and being eligible offers himself for re-election.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. Nahta Jain & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad the retiring auditors, as the Auditors of the Company.

4. Appointment of Mr. Devendrakumar B. Nathani as a Director of the Company.
