Scooters India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have approved the following:

1. Adoption of Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2009.

2. Appointment of Shri. P. P. Sarkar as Director.

3. Appointment of Shri. Vikrarm Gulati as Director.

4. Appointment of Shri. S. K. Tripathi as Director.

5. Approval of remuneration of the Statutory Auditors.
