Gujarat Carbon & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from October 28, 2009 to October 30, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on October 30, 2009.
