Samtel Color - Outcome of Board Meeting

Samtel Color Ltd has informed BSE that the Debt Restructuring Scheme under the CDR mechanism has been approved on June 30, 2009 by CDR (EG) vide its letter dated September 01, 2009, addressed to the Company. The Scheme, which has cut off date of March 31, 2009, envisages inter alia restructuring of principal, conversion of debts into fresh equity shares of the Company, infusion of funds by promoters etc.

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 03, 2009 has approved the said scheme of restructuring under the COR mechanism.
