Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the accounting year ended September 30, 2009 within a period of three months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year.

As such the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter ended September 30, 2009 will not be published.
