Accurate Transformers - Outcome of AGM

Accurate Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:

1. Approved annual accounts for F.Y 2008-09.

2. Re-appointed Mr. Bhupal Singh as a Director liable to retire rotation

3. Re-appointed M/s. S. Lal & Company as statutory auditors.

4. Approved revised remuneration terms for Mr. Deepak Sharma, Managing Director.

5. Approved resolution under Section 81(1A) enabling the Company to issue 2,70,000 Warrants to promoters of the Company.

6. Approved resolution under Section 81 (1A) enabling the Company to issue 5,00,000 Warrants to identified investors.

7. Approved mortgage of Company's properties in favour of SIDBI for a term loan of Rs.
20 lacs and 50 Lacs granted by SIDBI to the Company.
