Arvind - Approval of Scheme of Arrangement

Arvind Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad by its Orders dated September 07, 2009 has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of demerger and transfer of brands business division of Arvind Ltd. into Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd. and retail business division of Arvind Ltd into Arvind Retail Ltd with effect from appointed date April 01, 2009 filed under Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act 1956.
