Integrated Financial - Outcome of AGM

Integrated Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2009, the Profit and Loss Account and the Cash Flow Statement for the year ended on that date and Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Ms. Rachna Batra as director liable to retire by rotation.

3. Appointment of M/s. Dua and Kumar, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, as Statutory Auditor to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting at a remuneration fixed by the Board.
