MM Forgings - Board Meeting on Oct 21, 2009

MM Forgings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2009, to consider the following:

1. Unaudited Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009.

2. Merger of 100% subsidiary Company, Srivatsa Electric and Electronic Ltd. (unlisted Company) with MM Forgings Ltd. The Board will also approve the Scheme of Amalgamation.
