KDDL - Resignation of Director

KDDL Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. C. S. Liao, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. September 03, 2009. His resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on September 26, 2009.
