Bank of India - Appointment of Auditors

Bank of India has informed BSE that the Bank has appointed following 6 Chartered Accountant Firms as Statutory Central Auditors of the Bank for the year 2009-10.

1. M/s. P. C. Modi & Co., Jaipur
2. M/s. A. K. G. & Associates, Karnal
3. M/s. V. Ramaswamy Iyer & Co., Vellore
4. M/s. Sundaram & Srinivasan, Chennai
5. M/s. Mehrotra & Mehrotra, Kanpur
6. M/s. Agarwal & Saxena, Kanpur

Out of the above first four firms are continuing Statutory Central Auditors, while M/s. Mehrotra & Mehrotra & M/s. Agarwal & Saxena have been appointed in place of M/s. Mitra Kundu & Basu & M/s. Borkar & Muzumdar who have completed their terms.
