Graphite India - Change in Directorate

Graphite India Ltd has informed BSE that Life Insurance Corporation of India have vide letter dated September 30, 2009, informed of the withdrawal of its nominee director Mr. Bipadbhajan Das from the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Das accordingly has ceased to be a director of the Company.
