GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that Committee of the Board at its meeting held on October 07, 2009, has considered and approved the allotment of 15,31,700 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, upon conversion of options under Employees Stock Options Scheme 2005.
