BHEL - Change in Directorate

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has informed BSE that Shri. K. Ravikumar, Director (Power) (and additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director) has been relieved of his duties in the Company w.e.f. September 30, 2009.

Shri. B. P. Rao, Director (IS & P) has been appointed as Chairman & Managing Director and Shri. Atul Saraya as Director (Power), on the Board of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2009 (Forenoon).
