Market Creators Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have taken the following decisions:

1. The Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Auditors Report and Directors Report thereon for the year ended on March 31, 2009 were approved.

2. Mr. Amal R. Patel was re-appointed as Director.

3. Mr. Kirit D. Vadalia was re-appointed as Director.

4. Auditors SHAH & TALATI were re-appointed as the Auditors.
