With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Joint Venture in Mauritius, Parenteral Drugs India Ltd has now informed BSE that M/s. Mascarelgnes Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Co. Ltd., a Mauritius based pharmaceutical Company has become a subsidiary of M/s. Parenteral Drugs (India) Ltd. by virtue of allotment of 51% shares in favour of the Company and also appointment of majority of Directors representing M/s. Parenteral Drugs (India) Ltd., on the Board of the Company.
