Fomento Resorts - Updates on Book Closure & payment of Dividend

Fomento Resorts & Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 17, 2009, inter alia, recommended payment of dividend of 15% on equity shares.

Further the Company has informed about the earlier annoucement of Book Closure that Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from September 16, 2009, to September 30, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend also.

Further the Company has also informed that in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 29, 2009, 15% dividend has been declared for the year 2008-09.
