Geodesic - Outcome of Board Meeting

Geodesic Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 09, 2009, has allotted 28,825 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, upon exercise of 28,825 options by Optionees under the Geodesic Employee Stock Option Plan 2002 granted in 2006.

Consequently, with effect from October 09, 2009, the issued, subscribed and paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 184,487,598/- divided into 9,22,43,799 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.
