Garware Polyester to publish Audited FY 09 results

Garware Polyester Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is in the process of finalising the statutory audit for the financial year ended as on September 30, 2009. The Company opts to publish the Audited Financial Results for the entire financial year within the prescribed period instead of publishing the Unaudited Quarterly /Annual Financial Results for the year ended as on September 30, 2009.
