RPG Cables - Sale of surplus land

RPG Cables Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has sold and transferred 36418 sq. mtrs of surplus land situated at Pokhran Road No.2, Thane, Maharashtra for an aggregate consideration of Rs 51.50 crs. to Windsor Realty Pvt Ltd.

The sale of surplus land will not impact the existing manufacturing operations and / or affect the existing workmen as the manufacturing operations will continue as usual on the balance portion of about 29,342 sq. mtrs of land at the same location.
