IDBI Capital Market Services Ltd (Manager to the open offer) has informed BSE that Spice Investments & Finance Advisors Pvt Ltd (the Acquirer pursuant to Regulation 10 and 12 in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto), has acquired 1,243,852 equity shares of Rs 10/- each of Wall Street Finance Ltd (WSFL) constituting 10.70% of the paid up capital of WSFL at a price of Rs. 55.40/- per share aggregating to Rs. 68,909,400.80 from the Open Market on Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd on the October 08, 2009.

As on date Spice Investments & Finance Advisors Pvt Ltd (the Acquirer) holds 7,172,502 equity shares constituting 61.70% of the paid up capital of the Wall Street Finance Ltd (WSFL).
