Aarvee Denims Board to consider Interim Dividend

Aarvee Denims & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 16, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve the following business:

1. To approve Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009.

2. To consider the interim dividend to equity shareholders of the Company.

3. To consider issue of 23,40,000 (Twenty Three Lacs Forty Thousand) convertible equity warrants to promoters, their relatives, associates and related entities.
