Sunil Hitech - Outcome of AGM

Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 17, 2009, inter alia, have unanimously passed the following:

1. Adoption of the Audited Profit & Loss A/c for the year ended March 31, 2009 and the Balance Sheet as at that date together with the Report of the Board of Directors and the Auditors.

2. Cancellation of Dividend @10% re-commended by the Board of Directors.

3. Reappointment of Mr. K.G. Holkar, Mr. M.N. Mohanan & Mr. S.K. Kodandaramaiah who retired by rotation.

4. Appointment of Mr. Devesh Garg as Director.
